We’re sure you’ve heard about how holiday shopping volume has complicated deliveries across the industry, and we want to help you navigate these upcoming weeks with some more information.

What are the current shipping deadlines?

Due to the carrier delays, we cannot guarantee shipping times with perfect accuracy, but we’re working incredibly hard to make sure everything arrives on time. As of Friday, December 17, 12pm Eastern, all new orders will deliver after the 25th.

I don’t know what to get; can you help?

If you're still in need of a present for someone on your list, we recommend a gift card, which delivers straight to an inbox. If you're in the market for yourself, or for someone who doesn't mind getting their gift after the main even, our Holiday Gift Finder will pair you up with the perfect present for even the pickiest of recipients. What's your return policy?

All items purchased between 11/1/21 through 12/31/21 can be returned up to 1/31/22, and we offer free return shipping. The returned items must not be used or damaged and must be in their original packaging. To start a return, please email help@tourparavel.com. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will my order ship?

Orders will process in 5-7 business days due to the increased holiday volume, after which they will be shipped. Note: The time it will take to ship to your location will vary by carrier, but can take up to 10 business days due to carrier delays. We are keeping a close watch on every order and will update you if we suspect something is off.

There's still no shipping notification.

We have been observing that carriers are sometimes skipping the initial scanning step to save time, meaning that you may not receive a notification until your order reaches your local facility. If we think something is up, we’ll investigate and keep you posted.
